IT911 Wired Internet Services is a micro ISP community base internet bandwidth management service. Powered by PLDT iGATE and Small Medium Enterprise (SME) accounts that provide and manage internet bandwidth within the community using Fiber to the Home (FTTH) technology. Our service offering tailored to the needs of individual clients.
The company was founded June 2020 with three (3) I.T. Staff trained under I.T.LLectual Manila able to support the technical network cabling and one (1) I.T. Staff who is Mikrotik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) trained under Mikrotik Philippines.

1. Why my internet line cut/disconnected?
1. LOS - Loss of Signal (Red Light)
2. Power - No lights
3. Slow/unstable/fluctuate internet connection
☑ Here's how you do a basic troubleshooting,
🟢 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙉𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙀𝘿 - light-green light
🟠 𝙉𝙊 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙉𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉 - orange light
🔴 𝙇.𝙊.𝙎. (𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐎𝐟 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐥) - red light
1. RESTART your modem within 20 seconds.
2. WAIT and OBSERVE the blinking lights, make sure that the Fiber Optic cable and power supply are properly plugged in the outlet.
3. TEST your connection using your device. Go to Google Chrome open (https://www.speedtest.net)
NOTE: Before speedtest, make sure that the connected users to your modem are all disconnected. Just turn off their WiFi and proceed to Test.
4. If there are no changes, message us for assistance.
